Polyshine Technology (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. , founded by Shanghai Pincheng Plastics Co.,Ltd, which is a professional company specialize in manufacturing Polycarbonate sheets and polycarbonate derivative products.
Located in Shanghai, Polyshine headquarter cover the area of 34,000 square meters, standard workhouse 21,000 square meters. Headquarter of company has 180 employees, including 22 senior technicians, furthermore, 46 more staff in 4 domestic branches service the Chinese market, and the 12 staff team dedicated to service the international market presently.
Now we own 6 most up-to-date Coextrusion lines and 4 processing machines: 2 lines for U-panel and U-lock,2 lines for common Hollow sheet, 1 line for Solid sheet, 1 line for profile, 3 engraving machines and 1 cutting machine. Annual output may achieve 15,000 tons. With the advantage of using Makrolon-Bayer and Lexan-Sabic (former GE),our products are certificated high quality.
Polyshine's large product lines offer rich choices for customers, workable thickness range for hollow sheet from 4mm to 40mm, which are produced with different structure design. About Solid PC sheet: Universal flat sheet ,Embossed sheet, Frosted Sheet can be suppliable.Furthermore, we also professional offer functional products like PC Diffusion sheet, Abrasive sheet, IR sheet, Anti-Scratch sheet (Hard coated sheet) and Anti-drip sheet etc. More important, our products lines extend to polycarbonate derivative products: with the ability annual supply 200,000 sets Awnings, 30,000 sets Hobby greenhouses, 2,2000pcs Sky-Lighting cover, 3,2000sets Anti-riot shield, and 300,000Polycarbonate mat etc.
We have been approved ISO9001:2008 & ISO14000 system, and got RoHS from INSPECTORATE. All our products tested by Nation Chemistry Building Material Quality Supervision and Testing Center.
